About Jan Whitlow

Jan grew up surrounded by design, especially home design. Her mother was an Artist and father was an Interior Designer in the Tampa Bay area for over 40 years. Even as a little girl she was constantly rearranging her room!! Jan has built two homes, as homeowner/contractor, handling everything from the budget to subcontractors herself. Jan also is a homeowner/seller (not a Realtor); selling each property herself in under 30 days!
She was Staging & Selling before she had a name for it!
Jan received her Accredited Staging Professional MASTER designation in October 2007 under the direct supervision of Barb Schwarz, the Creator of the Home Staging Industry®!

Born & raised in Pinellas County! Jan received her BS from Florida State University in Home Economics. She has been married 31 years to husband Bob. Jan worked for over 25 years in the family business, The Glass House. www.theglasshouse.com From 1999-2006 Jan volunteered her time as Founding President of Pug Rescue of Florida www.pugrescueofflorida.org, a 501c3 organization. She retired in 2006.
